  • All prices include Vat.
  • All goods sold strictly COD only.
  • All goods will remain the property of Oxford Office Furniture until fully paid for.
  • Oxford Office needs to be made aware of any faulty goods delivered.
  • Quotations are valid for a period of 30 (thirty) days only unless otherwise stated.
  • Oxford Office Furniture will not guarantee the price validity and stock availability of a third party supplier.
  • If the return of faulty goods takes place within 48 (forty eight) hours of purchase then a credit will be passed provided the goods are returned in exactly the same condition as it was at original point of purchase.
  • Credit will not be issued at all should the faulty goods be returned later than seven days of date of purchase.
  • Before a credit will be passed, all items that are returned will be assessed by Oxford Office to be deemed fit for return and credit as set out in these terms and conditions.
  • Should the client require a product that Oxford Office Furniture does not stock, the item can then be “special ordered”. A deposit of at least 50% is required to secure the procurement of a “special order” item. Deposits are non refundable and deposits will be forfeited if “special orders” are cancelled. “Special order” items may take up to 30 days to be delivered by the suppliers but the supply lead time cannot be guaranteed by Oxford Office Furniture. “Special order” items will not be held for collection by the client from Oxford Office Furniture for a period of longer than 2 days of notification thereof.
  • Any goods ordered that are not collected within 2 days of notification will deem the order to be cancelled and the goods will not be held.
  • All quotes, invoices and price lists without exception will be subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. No transaction or correspondence will be deemed valid without adhering to these terms and conditions.
  • Price and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Only goods purchased from Oxford Office Furniture will be sent to the suppliers and vendors for repairs.
  • Errors and Omissions excepted.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all goods on receipt of goods. We at Oxford Office strive to maintain the highest level of quality at all times and each product undergoes quality checks before leaving the factory. Goods collected must be checked as we are not responsible for damaged items by the customer’s own transport.
  • Delivery dates for goods are estimated as accurately as possible. Oxford Office shall not be held liable for any delay from whatever cause.
  • On acceptance of this document, the customer undertakes to inform Oxford Office the whereabouts of the goods purchased at all times in the event of payment not being received within the arranged terms.

     WARRANTIES

  • All new office furniture purchased from Oxford Office Furniture has a 5 (five) year warranty from date of purchase. This excludes wear and tear due to the daily use of the items.
  • The warranty stated herein is only valid for clients that purchase products from Oxford Office Furniture.

ALL GOODS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF OXFORD OFFICE FURNITURE UNTIL PAID FOR IN FULL UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT, THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT ARE DEEMED TO BE ACCEPTED!
